Celebrated for their minimalistic, rather modern, wardrobe staples, Henne is anything but your average monochromatic, neutral-toned fashion brand. Producing garments in a variety of hues and high-end fabrications has seen the Melbourne-born brand bring an elevated edge to Australian fashion.
With industry frontrunners labelling the brand an expected success right from the get-go, it comes as no surprise that in 2022, Henne is opening the doors to its very first boutique. Located on Greville Street in Prahran, Melbourne is the first spot consumers will be able to shop physically, finally able to try on Henne’s limited collections.
Filled with all the simplistic, neutral-toned Henne staples we know and love, the boutique’s interiors are just as luxurious as the garments themselves. To reflect the brand's sophisticated yet laid-back aesthetic in the store interior, Henne partnered with talented Melbourne-based inter-disciplinary designer Brahman Perera.
Set within two quaint terrace shops in Prahran’s village precinct, the new Henne boutique is split between two levels.
Downstairs, customers are greeted with a variety colour-coordinated garment displays set amongst alluring artworks and inviting interiors. Moving upstairs, Henne has constructed the store's very own private styling suite. Ideal for events, workshops, and client consultations, the personal styling suite also offers Henne’s regular clientele its one-on-one VIP treatment.
Featuring everything from an aluminium black wax sales counter to a tulip-shaped plastered pendant created by designer Brahman Perera himself, Henne’s new boutique is a laudable artwork in itself. Although your attention may be primarily on the clothes, with interiors this chic, you're bound to wander the store in awe.
Despite having only launched into the fashion scene in 2019, Henne has experienced nothing but ongoing success. With demand only expected to increase, founders Nadia Bartel, Michelle Ring, and business partner Laura Broque are at the forefront of what is quickly becoming one of Australia’s most successful emerging fashion brands.
We are extremely proud to welcome customers into our first Henne boutique store. After trading successfully for three years as a pureplay online retailer, it’s exciting that our customers will now be able to experience the brand in a physical sense.
Opening its doors from Friday June 24, the Henne store can be found at 120 Greville Street, Prahran, Melbourne.
