Keep Cool with our Chilly Towel Sleepwear Review
If you struggle with overheating during the night, this is the review for you.

Chilly Towel is a brand that started with – well, chilly towels! Founder Tara Lock sought a way to stay cool following overheating caused by her chemotherapy, perfecting Chilly Towel in 2015. The towel is hyper-evaporative, so when it’s wet, it becomes cooler than ambient air while staying dry to the touch, making it perfect for any kind of overheating – from fevers and hot flushes to sports and heat stress, Chilly Towel has you covered.

This year, Chilly Towel launched a range of sleepwear designed to combat night sweats with moisture-wicking fabric. Available in pants, shorts, singlets, and nighties, the sleepwear improves breathability by channelling moisture away from the skin, reducing sweat, odour, and discomfort during the night. With over three years of development behind the sleepwear, Chilly Towel has delivered another amazing product for anyone who struggles with overheating.

Our senior writer and editor, Kathryn, had the opportunity to try Chilly Towel’s sleepwear, and according to her, it’s the most comfortable she’s ever been! The fabric is incredibly soft and light, and the cooling qualities are amazing. With Australia heading into summer, she’s set for uninterrupted nights no matter the temperature.

What’s more, Chilly Towel prides itself on being toxic-free and eco-friendly, with all towels and sleepwear using non-toxic dyes to avoid skin irritation. The cylinders the Chilly Towels come packed in are all BPA-free and sleepwear arrives in a fabric drawstring bag rather than plastic, which goes to show how Chilly Towel places the wellness of people and the planet at the forefront of their practices.
